Dear Country Dale Families,
Compassion: To care about others, treat them with kindness, and feel a strong desire to help people in need. Compassion is empathy in action.
Compassion is one of the character trait banners you may have noticed displayed in our hallway. Every month we will focus on a specific trait. In November we are focusing on compassion. One way we have shown this was through the Stu Cru Food Drive. We partnered with Victory of the Lamb and collected nonperishable food items to donate to the Muskego Food Pantry. And of course, our Country Dale families went above and beyond! Every day students brought in items knowing that they would be helping others in need. The students learned how important it is to give back, and that a small act of kindness can go a long way. They have inspired all of us with their excitement to help others and their belief in making a difference.
Warm regards,
Mrs. Nickel

3-WEEK SABER PRE-SCHOOL BY FHS CHILD II DEVELOPMENT IN DEC
The Franklin High School Child Development II students will be sponsoring “Saber Pre-school” for children ages 3 to 5 on various days in December.
Saber Pre-school is designed for children ages 3 to 5 who are toilet trained and ready to experience a supportive and enriching pre-school environment. The student teachers prepare daily lesson plans that not only provide opportunities for the Little Sabers to develop socially, but also to enhance their kindergarten readiness skills. The Saber Pre-school program offers a truly excellent experience for both our big and small students.
Class time will be from 9:00 to 10:15 am and tuition is $20 to cover the cost of materials and snacks for the entire 3 weeks. Saber Pre-school will include story time, large and small group activities, free time, songs and other fun activities. Pre-registration is required. Registration closes when we hit 25 participants or by Friday, November 15th at the latest. If you know someone who has a child ages 3-5, please help us by sharing this message to them!

PTO PARENT DIRECTORY
Scan the QR code, or click the link to sign up.
The Parent Directory is a way for you to connect with other Country Dale families. If you’re looking to set-up a playdate, or reach out to another parent/guardian, this is a great way to find their information as long as they’re in the directory too.
The PTO also utilizes this platform to communicate with you any important information. We typically only send out monthly newsletters, and notifications for upcoming events.
Our directory is safe and secure, as only those who join are able to see your information. All submissions must be approved by a board member. Only you can decide what information you want shared.

FHS FALL PLAY: “ALMOST, MAINE” 11/14-11/17
The FHS Fall Play is fast approaching with shows taking place Thurs 11/14 through Sun 11/17. For tickets and show information, please visit the Saber Center website here.
Show Description: Welcome to Almost, Maine, a place that’s so far north, it’s almost not in the United States. It’s almost in Canada. And it’s not quite a town, because its residents never got around to getting organized. So it almost doesn’t exist. One cold, clear, winter night, as the northern lights hover in the star-filled sky above, the residents of Almost, Maine, find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and hilarious ways. Knees are bruised. Hearts are broken. But the bruises heal, and the hearts mend—almost—in this delightful midwinter night’s dream.
