Attention 8th grade parents/guardians:

📕 If you are interested in placing an ad in the yearbook for your child please go to https://www.jostens.com/apps/jcom/router.mvc?affiliateId=2736385 This link will be available until 2/13/25 or until space sells out. Also I am starting to collect baby/toddler photos of your students. These photos will be used for the yearbook as well as the end of the year slideshow. Please either have your student bring in a photo that will be returned or email to darmour@rsu18.org or tstrout@rsu18.org

Fall is a beautiful time to explore the five communities of RSU 18! This template provides ideas of both easy and moderate hikes/walks in each of our school district's towns, plus some other wonderful outdoor adventure spots in our great state of Maine. Staff and students who complete 5 hikes will receive a sticker with the "Take a hike" logo.

Forms must be turned into the CMS Office by November 15.

Feel free to share any photos of your hikes with Tori Imes (communications@rsu18.org) to go on our RSU 18 Facebook and Instagram pages.

China Middle School is located near scenic China Lake in Central Maine. The school serves the children, families, and residents in the town of China. Our middle school has students in grades 5 – 8. We are part of RSU 18, which encompasses the towns of Oakland, Belgrade, Sidney, China and Rome.
