2024 - 2025 Health Packets

Hard copies of required health documents for the 2024-2025 school year were sent home 5/3/24 (Friday) with students. For students who were absent that day, they will be sent home their next time they are in school. Please check your child's backpacks for these packets and make sure to schedule any necessary appointments for things like physicals, immunizations, dental exams, eye exams, or to get consents and protocols completed by their health care providers. These will not be sent home again before the end of the school year or summer school so please check for these and let the health office know if you need another copy. Documents are required before students can start school in August.

The PBIS Community Outreach Committee is hosting a Miner Summer Clothes' Closet at Miner School. All clothing items are gently used or new. Adult and children sizes are available. The Clothing Closet is open to Miner families during school hours in the Culinary Arts room starting on Wednesday, May 15th- Friday, May 17th (9:15-3:15). It will also be available to families at our "Roll and Stroll" event this Saturday, May 18th from 2:00-3:30

On Tuesday, May 21st our class will be spending the day at Hersey High School. Hersey set up a fair called the “Funner Olympics.” Students will be paired with a Hersey high school student and will get to try out games, movement activities, sensory activities and many more things. Our classroom staff and related service will be there as well to support the class. Students will be provided a hot dog/chips for lunch. If your student does not eat hot dogs or has dietary restrictions, please send lunch from home.
