Celebrating wrapping up another academic year!
As we approach the final days of the school year, we want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and partnership throughout this academic journey. Itโs hard to believe how quickly the year has flown by, and we are so proud of all that our students have accomplishedโacademically, socially, and personally.
This year has been filled with growth, discovery, and countless memorable moments. From classroom projects and concerts to field trips and sports events, our students have embraced opportunities to learn, lead, and support one another. Their resilience and enthusiasm have truly made this year special.
To our 8th grade families, congratulations on reaching this important milestone! We celebrate your students and look forward to cheering them on as they take the next steps into high school. To our returning families, we canโt wait to welcome you back in the fall for another exciting year of learning and growth.

7th grade Encounters
As we come to the close of another school year, we wanted to take a moment to reflect with gratitude and pride on everything weโve accomplished together.
This year has been filled with growth, learning, laughter, and unforgettable memories. From the first day of school to the final projects and papers, our classrooms have been a place of curiosity, creativity, and connection. Each student has brought something unique and special, and itโs been a joy to watch them learn, grow, and support one another along the way.
None of this would have been possible without our supportive community. Whether you helped with homework, volunteered your time, attended events, or simply cheered your child on each day, your involvement has made a tremendous difference. It truly takes a village, and we are grateful to be part of one that is so caring and committed to our studentsโ success.
As we head into summer, I encourage you to take time to rest, recharge, and enjoy some family time. Thank you once again for your trust, partnership, and support this year. We are proud of all that weโve accomplished together, and I look forward to what lies ahead of each and everyone of your students.

Train 4 Life
Special Olympics Colorado is proud to announce its newest program, Train 4 Life. This is a program that was started by Special Olympics Tennessee, and we are now happy to be offering the program here in Colorado.
The Train 4 Lifeโข program is a holistic health and fitness program focused on fitness, nutrition, and mental health for teens and adults ages 14+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The 12- week program will encompass pre-and-post-health and fitness testing outcomes, along with once-a- week group workouts, two at-home workouts, and weekly virtual nutrition and mental wellness education. Hello!
My name is Stevie Fowler and I am partnering with 5030 Sports to bring Recreational Cheerleading to the community of Berthoud for ages 5 through 13. We are in the process of gathering information to gauge interest for summer camps and potential season long commitments for Football (Aug- Oct) and Basketball (Nov-Feb). We are asking for the support of our local Berthoud schools to help us communicate with our community regarding this new opportunity. If you would be willing to send out a google survey in the weekly newsletter paired with the attached flyer to notify parents of this NEW youth opportunity, we would be so appreciative.
HERE is the survey link!
In case you wanted a little more insight into the premise of the program here are some additional details;

Athletes will gain mental resilience, learn the core components of cheerleading through skills, showmanship and sportsmanship, all while supporting other youth sports.
Rec Cheerleading is comprised of the following:
Sideline Chants
