TIPS FOR SURVIVING FINALS WEEK

  1. Avoid the urge to procrastinate and begin early.
  2. Create a 'Finals Game Plan.' (Outline when and how you will review your subjects.)
  3. Take advantage of review sessions and materials provided by your teachers.
  4. Establish consistent and healthy sleep habits.
  5. Focus on a healthy diet and exercise to maximize energy when you need it.
  6. Find a space conducive to studying.
  7. Create a playlist that helps you focus.
  8. Turn off or silence distracting devices.
  9. Don't be afraid to experiment with a mix of study methods.
  10. Write out practice test question answers.
  11. Work with a study group.
  12. Create flash cards for vocabulary review and study your notes.
  13. Make studying fun.
  14. Take breaks! Schedule a five minute break for each hour you study. Set a timer so you don't break too long.

Stay focused, get plenty of rest, make sure you attend school!

MAKE UP TESTING 1:10 PM - 3:30 PM


DAY 3 - FRIDAY, DECEMBER 20

3RD PERIOD - 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM

4TH PERIOD 9:35 AM - 11:00 AM

STUDENTS DISMISSED AT 11:00 AM - WINTER BREAK BEGINS

MAKE UP TESTING 1:10-3:30 PM
