Holy Name School will be selling Dress Down Day Coupon Books from now until December 19th. These coupons will allow students to have special dress down days on January 7, 14, & 21 and February 4, 11, & 25. The cost for the booklet is $20.

Coupon books will be sent home on December 16th or 19th in a sealed envelope once payment has been received.

Orders can be placed online with a credit card using the form below. Those wishing to pay with cash or checks can send payment in an envelope addressed to Mrs. Chippendale. Please be sure to include the name of the student.
