Principal's Corner
Morning Drop-Off, Afternoon Pick-Up
Parents and Families:
Safety is the number #1 goal; therefore, I am personally asking that we adhere to speed limits, cones, and staff direction during morning drop-off and end of day pick up. Park in the designated spots and be patient with staff and each other. Our students arrive to and depart from school using various modes of transportation including walking, biking, scooters, cars/trucks, and buses. Please be cognizant of each student as you are driving through our neighborhood, into the parking lot, and out of our parking lot. We are the village. It takes all of us to ensure student and adult safety.
Please and thank you,
Dr. Gillespie

Virtual conference times will take place on Thursday, October 17th, from 7:00am-8:30am and 5:00pm - 6:00pm.
Below is the information to schedule virtual conferences:
Step-By-Step Parent/Guardian Instructions
Visit the school’s homepage https://www.canyoncreeksoftware.com/scheduler/co/thompson/ and select the Online Scheduler icon/link.
From the Online Scheduler Home Page
Choose your student’s school from the drop down list and click “GO”
Enter the school password wildcats2022
Enter your student’s “Student ID”. If you do not know their Student ID, use the LOOKUP STUDENT ID button to access the system.
Verify the student’s birth date
A list of your student’s teachers will be displayed. Check the box next to the name of each teacher(s) you would like to meet with.
If you have more than one student in the school you can see all of your students’ teachers’ schedules at one time by answering YES to this question “Do you want to schedule conferences for another student?” then repeat the steps above for your other students. If you only have one student, answer NO to that question.
You will then see the available time slots for each teacher you selected.
Select the times that work best for your schedule.
Enter your email address (recommended) if you would like an email reminder sent to you. (Your email address is kept private.)
Once you have finished you can confirm your appointment details and print your conference schedule.
Write down the Confirmation Number (you will need this number to cancel your appointment)
Please contact us, if you have any questions or concerns. We look forward to seeing each of you, whether in-person or virtually.
Activities Bus Survey
Parents and Families,
Lucile Erwin Middle School would like to find out the number of students who would utilize an activity bus that would run after upon completion of after school activities, tutoring, or athletic practices. This bus would be part of the Loveland COLT transportation line. Ideally, the bus would pick students up at the front of Lucile Erwin and drop students off at the already designated bus stops. These stops are located near the LEMS feeder school neighborhoods. There could potentially be two bus pickups per afternoon to allow for different activity ending times.
Please fill out the form below to help us determine the number of students who would be interested in participating in this potential new program. Thank you!
