Pleasant Valley Family Newsletter
September 6, 2024
Happy Friday, PV Families!
We had a good week and have a few announcements to share. Please scroll to the end of the newsletter for upcoming events such as Picture Day, the Book Fair, a Family Hike, and important links, including our PTO page. We also encourage all parents to complete the volunteer form (link below) so you can participate in events like field trips and more.
Additionally, the Bingo team is asking for volunteers. You can sign up using the SignUpGenius link here: Bingo Volunteer Sign-Up. Thank you, Abigail!
Thank you all for your cooperation with pick-up and drop-off procedures. By pulling all the way up, we're able to accommodate as many cars as possible in each round. We also appreciate you ensuring that your child(ren) exit and enter from the passenger side, staying in your car while our staff assists your student, and being ready to drive off promptly. Please avoid overtaking other vehicles.
If you choose to park in the lot, remember that you must physically walk your child to the crosswalk, cross with them, and ensure they reach the entrance safely before leaving. Parents are not permitted to enter the building unless they check in at the main entrance.
Adhering to these guidelines helps us ensure the safety of all our students.
Have a wonderful weekend!
