5. Student Learning Model (SLM) can be used to design a personalized, and learner centred learning environments for this generation.
6. Digital is ubiquitious and necessary.

Contemporary Pedagogy is the ones the new generation needs.

Reflect upon ourselves, which of the pedagogies are we using in our teaching and learning processes?

The framework encompasses the process of teaching and learning that should be designed according to the contemporary needs of future generation specifically Generation Alpha which will be taught by Generation Z, who are now learners in IPGM. This is a systemic and systematic change that IPGM has implemented since 2017.
