October 2024
Happy October!
Dear Pine Ridge Families,
As the crisp air of fall begins to settle in and the leaves start to change, I want to take a moment to welcome you all to this exciting season of growth and learning. Fall is a wonderful time of year, filled with opportunities for students to explore new concepts, deepen their understanding, and develop their skills in the classroom and beyond.
At Pine Ridge, we are not only excited about the changing seasons but also about the ongoing growth of each and every student. With every day, we see your children discovering new things, taking on challenges, and celebrating their successes. As the weather cools, our enthusiasm for learning continues to warm up.
We encourage all families to stay engaged in your child’s education. Whether it’s reading together, practicing math skills, or discussing new ideas they’ve learned, your involvement plays a crucial role in their academic journey. Let’s keep the momentum going this fall by fostering curiosity and celebrating progress, no matter how big or small.
One of the highlights of the fall season is the upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences. These meetings provide a wonderful opportunity to sit down with your child’s teacher and discuss their growth, strengths, and areas for further development. We are eager to partner with you to ensure that each child receives the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Your insights and involvement are invaluable, and we look forward to these conversations that help us all work together for your child's success.
Thank you for being such an integral part of our school community. We are grateful for your continued partnership and look forward to a fantastic season of learning, discovery, and growth.
Warmest regards,
Yvonne
Fall Conference Schedule
Dear Families,
Teachers will begin to reach out to families to schedule conferences next week .For conferences, we are asking families from two households to choose a time where both parents can attend together. We can make accommodations during the conference time; one parent can be virtual and one parent can be in person or split the conference time in half. We also know there are extenuating circumstances, so if this is the case, please reach out to your child(ren)’s classroom teacher or to Yvonne and Jacqui so that we can accommodate your needs.
Thank you for your understanding!
