It's Bingo Night!!
Thank you for a great week! Hard to believe that we have such a short time left!
Pardon the short newsletter, we are busy screaming BINGO in the gym, and enjoying our new A/V system! If you are receiving this before 8 p.m. on Friday May 17th, come on down and join us! All are welcome to join us!
One note for the rest of the year: students need to be in uniform at all times! (Mostly older) Students have been complaining about the heat! They are encouraged to remove their school hoodies and sweatshirts, at which point they admit that they aren't in uniform shirts! They need to be, and this would solve the problem of being too warm! Please and thanks from school staff.
Take a look at details below for upcoming events.

7th Grade Neurographic Art
Creating Neurographic art is said to help a person relax when they are feeling worried about something. connecting their feelings and thoughts. 7th grade students first drew lines and curves intuitively, a bit like daydream doodling. Next they added small curved lines at every intersection, which makes the artwork look like a map of nerves in the brain, and using various watercolor techniques they filled the space with color to match their moods.

Save the Date!
Saturday, June 1st
This is a great event put on by Parks and Recreation in conjunction with a dozen other organizations. I took my kids last year and we each had an absolute blast! I cannot recommend it highly enough! More info to come!!
I am sharing some personal photos of the event which we attended last year. No kidding, I didn't know what to expect but I was blown away. It was really fun for adults and children. My wife and I were so impressed, and our kids keep asking us about the next one. If you can make it, I highly encourage it. I'll see you there!
If you are interested, please contact St. Therese parent, Maggie Villalobos
