Molnar's Community Update

As we approach the holiday season, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve shared so far this school year. The hard work, dedication, and resilience of our students, staff, and administration have brought us to this point, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve accomplished together.

As you head into the winter break, we encourage everyone to take this time to rest, relax, and enjoy the company of your loved ones. The holiday season is a perfect opportunity to recharge and create lasting memories with family and friends.

From all of us in the Amherst Schools, we wish you a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year, and a joyful holiday season. We look forward to welcoming our students back to school on Tuesday, January 7th. Until then, stay safe, stay warm, and enjoy your well-deserved break!

We are excited to announce the implementation of StopFinder, a new transportation communication app designed to enhance communication between the Transportation Department and parent/guardians. StopFinder is a user-friendly app that allows you to stay informed about your child’s bus schedule and receive important updates directly to your smartphone.

How and When Will It Be Rolled Out?

We plan to roll out StopFinder in stages during the holiday break to ensure a smooth transition:

• December 26: Invitations sent to AJH parents and guardians.

• December 27: Invitations sent to Steele parents and guardians.

• Following Days: Invitations sent to Nord and Powers parents and guardians.

What to Expect:

1. Invitation Email: You will receive an invitation email with a link to set up your StopFinder account. Please ensure your email address is up to date with the school and/or via PowerSchool.

2. Account Setup: Follow the link to download the app and create your account. The app will guide you through a simple setup process.

3. Explore Features: Once logged in, you can explore the app’s features, including route notifications and direct messaging.

4. Watch for the Invitation: Keep an eye on your inbox for the invitation email from StopFinder
