Parents, we are so sorry we had to cancel our Texas Roadhouse night, but we will reschedule for a night in October. As soon as we have that date confirmed, we will let you know!

Parents, we have one more week of school before our October Intersession. The first nine weeks of school is over this week! Please pay attention to your students' grades and if they are not doing well, we strongly encourage you to contact your child's teacher and set up a conference as soon as possible. Also, please make sure you have Powerschool access so that you can keep up with your child's progress regularly. We all must work together to ensure our students are successful!

We will be having an SCREADY incentive day this Friday for our students that achieved their goals on testing this past spring. The game truck will be at DLC for those students to participate. All other students will have an opportunity to be chosen for the game truck for making positive behavior choices this week. Good luck, students! We hope to have the game truck back for lots more fun this year, in addition to many other events to celebrate our students success for both positive behavior and for academic success.

Parents, PLEASE be practicing math facts with your students. Students that are not performing well in math are doing so because they have not mastered their addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division facts. Students should know these facts by memory. We have lots of flashcards, if you would like some to practice with your child. Simply contact us and we will be glad to send them home. We also have practice tests. Our Math Jam is October 25th for those students that have mastered math facts and the cutoff date is October 18th. This is such an important skill that students will need for the rest of their lives, so PLEASE help us with them!

Our Title One Parent Resource Center is available in the front office any time you would like to stop by and use those resources. Our Title One Plan is also available in the front office, if you would like to view it.
