Dear NRHS Community.

We are quickly approaching midterm week and the end of Semester 1. Reminder that tomorrow is a 1/2 day for students as NRHS staff have professional development in the afternoon. Midterm week has late starts for students Tuesday-Friday. School starts at 9:40am and ends at the usual time of 2:20 pm. For students taking the bus in the morning, please plan to be at your bus stop 2 hours later than you normally would. Below is a snapshot of the schedule for next week.

Upcoming Events/Dates:

Monday 1/20 - MLK Day - Holiday (No School)
Tuesday 1/21 - Friday 1/24 - Midterm Exams - Late Starts
Friday 1/24 - end of Quarter 2/Semester 1
Monday 1/27 - beginning of Quarter 3/Semester 2
Friday 1/31 - Quarter 2 grades due in Powerschool

Nashoba DECA

Nashoba DECA competed in the District 7 Competition yesterday at Nichols College. This was our first time competing in our new district. Kate and I were worried that our number of qualifiers would drop because this District only sends the Top 4 to States instead of the Top 5 as our last District.

We are proud to announce that 115 students have qualified for States which is 7 more than we had last year! Here is the link to the Full List of States Qualifiers.

States will be held Thursday, February 27 through Saturday, March 1 in Boston's Seaport District.
