Good Evening K9s!
As we conclude this week, we want to pause and reflect on the importance of September 11th. It’s a day that reminds us not only of the profound loss felt by so many, but also of the incredible bravery and unity that followed. We honor those who lost their lives and those who showed extraordinary courage, and we are reminded of the resilience and compassion that binds us together as a community and a nation.
Carrying that spirit forward, we are proud to announce that our school is participating in Hunger Action Awareness Month. Throughout September, we will be collecting canned and non-perishable food items to support local families in need. This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to engage in the act of giving and help make a positive impact on our community. More information on how to contribute can be found below, and we encourage all families to get involved in this meaningful cause.
Thank you for a productive and positive week! Your continued support and involvement in both our school and the broader community make a real difference. We hope you all enjoy the upcoming three-day weekend (no school this Friday 9/13), and we look forward to seeing everyone back, rested, and ready for the week ahead.
