Next Tuesday - "Screenagers: Elementary School Age Edition" at Lenape:
On Tuesday, March 25th at 7:00 p.m. in the Lenape Middle School auditorium, parents, guardians, and caregivers are invited to a screening of "Screenagers: Elementary School Edition," which will kick off a CBSD series on digital wellness. The film is a version of the original "Screenagers" movie and addresses issues that elementary school aged kids, parents and educators are facing, such as smartwatches in class, unhooking from and monitoring video gaming, social media pressures, exposure too young, and what research shows is a healthy amount of screen time. Solutions are also offered. No pre-registration is required. This event is for parents, guardians and caregivers only. There will be no childcare available.
Next Thursday - Third Community Town Hall on Future of Doyle, Kutz and Linden:
Learn the latest about options for the capital needs at Doyle, Kutz and Linden Elementary schools and share your feedback with district leadership at the third town hall meeting on the subject on Thursday, March 27th at 7:00 p.m. at CB South. No pre-registration is required. Learn more and submit comments or questions.

CB Bands Unite to Benefit Corinne Sikora Memorial Scholarship, April 3rd:
Student musicians and bands from each CBSD high school will come together on Thursday, April 3rd for "United in Music," a special concert to benefit the Corinne Sikora Memorial Scholarship, in the CB West auditorium from 7:00-9:00 p.m. A long-time Holicong teacher who also worked in the district’s student services and staff development departments, Corinne passed away from a brain tumor in November of 2020 at just 49. The scholarship in her name provides $1,000 to a college-bound senior from CB East, CB South or CB West who exemplifies Corinne’s spirit and passion for promoting education and helping people in a variety of ways. The event is being organized by Corinne's son Frankie Sikora, currently a junior at CB West. All proceeds will be donated to the scholarship. Learn more.
