At Franklin Pierce High School, we are excited to recognize and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15th to October 15th. This is a time to honor the diverse cultures, rich traditions, and impactful contributions of the Hispanic and Latino community. We encourage everyone to engage, learn, and celebrate with us as we embrace the values of unity and diversity that strengthen our community.

The Counselors wanted to thank students and families for their patience during schedule changes. We are no longer changing schedules. We are here to support your success; Please reach out to us anytime if you have questions or need help.

We understand that the current schedule means all PCSC students arrive late to 3rd period. However, if you drive to PCSC, it's important that you return no later than the students who ride the bus. Excessive tardiness beyond this could result in losing your driving privilege. Let’s be mindful of our time and keep this option available for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation!

Parents, we understand that the pick-up line can sometimes feel overwhelming, but it moves faster than it looks! To help keep things running smoothly, please use the designated parent pick-up area to the right of the PAC parking lot. Following the traffic flow indicated in the image will make the process much more efficient for everyone.

If you pull into the PAC parking lot on the left side, you will get stuck behind the buses, which load and exit near the tennis courts. This will result in delays, as you’ll need to wait for the buses to exit before you can leave.

We’re excited to host the upcoming FPS Board Meeting in our brand-new Performing Arts Center! The Work Session will begin at 6:00 PM, followed by the Board Meeting, which includes an opportunity for public comment, starting at 7:00 PM. This is a great chance to stay informed and see our beautiful new space. We hope to see you there on September 24th!

FPHS freshman Nateli Sanderson is the founder of Roots and Shoots, a youth-led activism program under the Jane Goodall Institute (JGI). R&S focuses on addressing social and environmental issues through community engagement. Students will meet twice a month at the Summit Library and once a month at the Tacoma 350 site, providing opportunities for both Puyallup and Tacoma students to participate in these meaningful initiatives
