Dear PTA members,
The temperatures have finally shifted and fall is upon us. This often means we look forward
to our seasonal traditions.
If you’re looking for a new tradition, I highly recommend attending a theater production put
on by one of our 12 high schools.

The memorable productions are low cost and are a great way to introduce our younger
students to the “big” campuses they will be attending.
If you have family members 60 or older in the area who live in the school district, they can
get in free to most FISD athletic and fine arts events with the Gold Card. They can be
picked up at the FISD Athletic Office (7210 Stadium Lane).
Speaking of theater, I highly recommend driving by the Frisco ISD Visual and Performing
Arts Center that is currently under construction at 8600 Stockard Drive. It’s fantastic to see
our 2018 bond money at work!
We have a lot to look forward to in Frisco ISD and I’m thankful for your partnership!

Hello Frisco ISD Families!
As we approach the Thanksgiving Break, it’s hard to believe how quickly this year has flown by. Reflecting on the past few months, we want to take this time to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the Volunteers, Teachers, Administrators, and Community Members who dedicate their time and energy to supporting our students and our community each and every day.
First, a heartfelt thank you to all of our Volunteers. Your tireless efforts in supporting the students on your local campuses, as well as organizing events and programs, are truly making a meaningful impact in our schools and communities. We are truly grateful for all your hard work and commitment.
Secondly, we want to extend our deepest appreciation to all the Teachers and Administrators of Frisco ISD. Thank you for the countless hours you spend teaching and nurturing our students, often sacrificing time with your own families. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and we hope you have a well-deserved, restful Thanksgiving Break.
Lastly, we are incredibly thankful for our Community Partners and all our 22,250 PTA Members. To our Community Partners, your support allows us to fulfill our mission and make a real difference. To our PTA members, thank you for being an integral part of our advocacy efforts. As we prepare to rally for our teachers and students at Rally Day in Austin on February 24th, we are incredibly thankful for your membership. Your membership strengthens our voice, and together, we WILL make a greater impact.
Speaking of Membership, it is never too late to join a local PTA. We would love to head to Austin with 26,000 members strong! By joining a Local PTA, your membership will not only amplify our collective voice, but goes a long way in supporting your local campus. For those without a home campus or those wanting to join multiple schools, you can join as a Membership Supporter through our Council Website. TOGETHER, we can contribute to the success of our children and schools, helping every child's potential become a reality.
