The purpose of the Dallas ISD JROTC Hybrid-STEM Summer Camp is to give the Cadets (students) an opportunity to experience leading and working together as a team to accomplish various leadership challenges together to achieve success. Every cadet will have the opportunity to lead, follow, contribute and demonstrate their unique leadership style and ability. The summer camp is designed to allow the kids an opportunity to engage in collaborative discussions and tactical problem-solving skills. The important aspects of Camp that each cadet will receive from their highly trained and experienced JROTC Instructors is constructive feedback and personalized performance observation in the following areas:
· Duty Performance
· Citizenship
· Leader Qualities
· Professionalism Qualities
This valuable feedback will enhance the development of each cadet and grow them as strong leaders of tomorrow. Our ultimate goal is to provide a combination of technology and hand on learning allowing students to have an expansive experience that will help them prepare for the various challenges that they may experience as they navigate in this new modern world of technology. JROTC is continuously working to leverage different resources to create this experience in providing this versatile platform. It allows JROTC an opportunity to provide a dynamic program to prepare our next generation of leaders.
