ZONING COMMITTEE
The district is looking for parents who will consider serving on the Zoning Committee for the new LCISD High School. Beginning Tuesday, May 12 LCISD Child Nutrition will be distributing free washable masks to the community. LCISD Child Nutrition will be giving away one mask with each meal picked up and one mask for each adult in the car. Our service times are 10:30am- 12pm. We will continue to pass masks out while supplies last.

COVID-19 Parenting: Tips for One-on-One Time
- Set aside just 20 minutes, or longer to spend with each child. Set aside the same time each day so your children can look forward to it.
- Ask your child what he or she would like to do. Choosing builds their self confidence.
- Switch off the TV and phone. This is virus-free time. Go for a walk, dance with your children, do a chore together or read a book together.
- Listen to them. Look at them. Give them your full attention. Have fun!
