Special Blue Devil Bulletin

Dear South Families,

We hope this message finds you enjoying the beautiful weather and sunshine. Our first week of

school was successful and productive as students built relationships and settled into classrooms.

On behalf of our staff, we would like to invite you to attend Back to School Night on Thursday,

September 12th from 6:30-8:30 p.m. This evening is an opportunity for you to meet your child’s

teachers and begin establishing a meaningful partnership that will support, encourage, and

inspire your students to live into their fullest potential. You will receive pertinent information

related to your child’s courses and hear from our teachers about the rigorous curriculum

expectations and standards that will be taught over the semester. We take great pride in the

exceptional level of parental involvement we enjoy and look forward to seeing you on the 12th .

The linked Back To School Night Flyer provides you with detailed information about the

evening. Please review it with your students and work with them to fill in their schedule in

advance of Thursday. Make sure they note which building their classes are in - it will help you

traverse our campus on Thursday. The Back To School Night Flyer also includes a map of our

building for those families new to South.
