Summer School Registration
Hello District 103 Families,
District 103’s summer school registration will open Thursday, March 6, at 6:00 p.m. Please review the updated class descriptions and summer school schedule before registering.
Please review the registration guide before selecting classes.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTERING
Enrichment, Intervention, and the Extended School Year (ESY) programs for grades K-7 will be held at Daniel Wright Junior High School beginning Monday, June 9, through Wednesday, July 2. (No classes on June 19.)
Classes are $80.00 each. (Some courses have material fees added.)
D103 Transportation will be provided for an additional $155.00 per student.
Transportation for general education students is only available before period 1 and after period 4.
If you would like to sign up for transportation, you must select transportation in PowerSchool when you register.
Summer School enrichment classes include four 50-minute periods from 8:30 a.m. to 12:05 p.m.
ESY programs (ESY ELA, ESY Math) are for students with special needs whose Individual Education Plan team recommends Extended School Year. Parents will have received a previous communication if their student qualified for ESY.
Registration will open through the PowerSchool Platform at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, March 6, and close at 11:59 a.m. Friday, March 21.
Please review the registration guide before selecting classes.
Students must enroll in classes for the grade level in which they are currently enrolled.
Students must register for periods 1 & 2, OR periods 3 & 4, OR periods 1-4.
Students may only register for one class each period.
Students can only leave the building after period 2 (parent/guardian pick up only) OR after period 4 (parent/guardian pick up or bus transportation).
This schedule does not apply to ESY students.
If you encounter any issues or need assistance during registration, please complete this Google form. DO NOT call the schools or district office. Form responses will be addressed in the order they are received.
Please be aware that popular classes may fill within the first five minutes of registration opening. If a class you want is full, please register for a different class. We do not maintain a waitlist—the number of open seats is always visible in the PowerSchool platform. We recommend checking back frequently, as you can adjust your schedule until registration closes on Friday, March 21.
AFTER COURSE REGISTRATION
Billing for classes and transportation will take place through your PowerSchool account after registration closes on Friday, March 21.
Families will receive an email when fees have been posted that will include a statement and instructions on how to pay for their D103 Summer School classes.
No refunds will be issued for canceled registrations.
If class space allows, a late registration window will open from Monday, May 5, through Friday, May 9.
