Bulldog Bulletin

Mrs. Luyando's class has adopted a cow as a class pet! Piper was born on August 25th, 2023. She lives on a dairy farm in Hebron, CT called Mapleleaf Farm. We have been watching her grow and learning about what cows need to be healthy so she can one day become a dairy cow. We have had lots of fun with this experience! This month, in honor of Valentine's Day, please help to vote Piper as the "Most Kissable Cow!"

The Glow Gala, our NEON spring dance, will take place on March 23rd. If you would like to donate a raffle prize, please contact Nancy Alves and Jessica Callahan. More information coming soon!

The announcements are generally on local news stations as well (WTNH-8, WFSB-3 and WVIT-30).

Students arriving by car after 9:00 will be marked tardy. If you arrive after 9:00, please park in the front lot and walk your child to the main entrance; do not park in the bus loop, as buses might still be arriving. Your child will never be marked late from an SSTS bus. Thank you.

Please choose snack and lunch items that do not contain nuts for your children. Several of our students are allergic to nuts and could experience rashes, swollen lips and eyes, and/or anaphylaxis. Please check labels for any nuts and select other items, such as sun butter for school. Thanks!
