ANNUAL FAMILY BELONGING SURVEY
We Need Your Feedback
At Yelm Community Schools, we value our partnership with families. It is important that all families experience a sense of belonging in our schools. Please complete the survey to help us understand your perspective on your experience at Prairie. The survey will be available from November 1-30. You are welcome to complete a separate survey for each campus where you have a student. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback.

IMPACT AID FORMS
Thanks For Updating Your Student Information
Are you military or civilian personnel living or working on federal property? These funds are provided to school districts to compensate for local tax dollars that are lost as a result of non-taxable federal payrolls or properties. It takes just a minute to mark your status and set in the form electronically. Last year, YCS collected $358,508 to support student learning. This form must be updated yearly, even if you have already submitted the form. Thank you for taking a moment to update your student's information.

The annual Santa Shop is scheduled to run from December 9 through 13! Our amazing PTO sponsors this special event which allows students the opportunity to shop for gifts for family and friends before the holidays and learn some budgeting skills too.
There will be lots of opportunities to help volunteer—from helping students shop to setting up and wrapping gifts. Keep an eye out for sign-up details coming later this month, and let us know if you’re interested in lending a hand. PTO would love to make this event magical for our students!
