Dear CCS Families,
I hope this message finds you well. We have had a great start to the school year filled with many activities including our PTA Glow Party, Picture Day, Grade Level Expectations Assemblies, and many beginning of the year activities.
As we settle into this school year, I want to take a moment to reflect on some of our school's values: being kind, making good choices, being respectful, following directions, and fostering positive relationships. As students progress through their education, they may encounter challenges and opportunities to engage in productive struggle in their learning. Students who persevere through difficult tasks and maintain good work habits achieve academic success and develop resilience that will serve them in the future. Let's continue to support them in embracing challenges and celebrating their progress.
We appreciate your support in reinforcing these values at home. Together we can reinforce the importance of cooperation and kindness which helps students understand the impact of their choices on themselves and others.
