FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Paris Ridge Families,
This school week has been a blur! Students worked hard completing their spring diagnostic testing (iReady Reading), while our 4th grade students finished their MSTEP. We are so proud of the time and dedication they are putting into showcasing their learning. Despite testing, our lower elementary grades were able to step outside on a beautiful day with our high school agriscience students. They brought over a lamb, goat, rabbits, and several chickens. Students had a story read to them and were able to walk away with a plant to grow. It was a terrific learning experience, with lots of smiles!
Next week, our Kindergarteners will be heading to John Ball Zoo on Friday. Thank you in advance to our parents who are helping chaperone on the trip. Next week is also National Teacher Appreciation. We are asking Caledonia families to show their gratitude by sending a digital postcard to any staff member that has positively impacted your child. The appreciation postcard form can be found here.
Lastly, we are continuing to look ahead to next year and coordinating class schedules. If you have any children starting Kindergarten or know of family, friends, or neighbors who have students starting next year, please help us by encouraging them to register for school. This greatly helps us plan ahead by having a more complete enrollment going into summer.
Go Panthers!
