Happy Sunday CUB Families,
It's hard to believe that we are so close to the end of the school year already! Things are getting VERY busy at Clear View.
Monday, May 26 - Memorial Day, No School
Wednesday, May 28 - EOG Reading Test - Grades 3,4,5
Thursday, May 29 - EOG Math Test - Grades 3,4,5
Monday, June 2 - Move Up Day for K-4 students - Visit the next grade
Tuesday, June 3 - EOG Science Test - 5th grade only
Wednesday, June 4th - Retests for EOG Reading for non-proficient students - Grades 3,4,5
Wednesday, June 4 - PTO sponsored Fifth Grade Autograph Party - 2:15
Thursday, June 5 - Retests for EOG Math for non-proficient students - Grades 3,4,5
Thursday, June 5 - Kindergarten Completion Ceremonies - 12:30 & 1:30
Friday, June 6 - Last Day of School/Report Cards
Friday, June 6 - Fifth Grade Completion Ceremony - 1:00
*Make-up testing will also be taking place each day starting on Thursday, May 30.
Invitations for the Kindergarten and Fifth Grade Completion Ceremonies were sent home on Friday. Tickets will be sent home with students this week. Each kindergarten student will receive seven (7) tickets and each fifth-grade student will receive four (4). This is due to limited seating and the number of students in each ceremony. Teachers will send a Dojo message the day that tickets are sent home so parents know to look in bookbags. Children under school-age will not require a ticket If they are in a stroller or can sit on the lap of an adult. School-age siblings will require a ticket to attend.
Due to the hectic and busy nature of the last two days of school, we will be stopping Early Checkouts through the office at 2:30 pm, to allow office staff to make sure they have correct transportation adjustments. If you plan to check your child out early on Thursday, June 5 or Friday, June 6, please do so before 2:30 pm. Mrs. Debbie and the office staff thank you. 😃
There will be no school on Monday, May 26th in honor of Memorial Day. May we all remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation!
