As you are aware, our water fountains were disabled this summer due to COVID-19 restrictions. Since August, the school has continuously purchased bottled water for students. Each shipment of water costs the school approximately $400.

Would you consider donating a case of water to your child's homeroom teacher? Any donations would be appreciated!

While the Milestone tests measure each individual student's mastery of the curriculum during the school year, they also help teachers and schools better understand the impact of COVID-19 has had on learning and identify what resources and support our students will need in the coming year.

At Coleman, we are doing our very best to offer a stress-free, low-pressure testing environment. We are encouraging all students to simply do their best and show what they know. Thank you for helping us communicate this message to your child! We know they will do well!

GCPS will be administering the Georgia Milestone assessment to in-person students at all middle schools. Students who are currently participating in all digital instruction may still participate in the assessments by coming to school on the days their grade level is testing. Students will test in the building from 9:30 to 12:30; students must arrive by 9:20 on the days of the test.
