Medications at School for 2023-2024 School Year
Students who currently have medication at school will be getting updated forms in the mail to complete over the summer.
If your student will need medication administered at school next year for the first time, please schedule a doctor's appointment over the summer and have them fill out the following form:
The nurse will return for the 2023-2024 school year on August 21st and will schedule a time to meet before the first day of school to collect medications and forms. If your child has not previously taken medication at school and will need to next year, contact your school nurse at 360-563-3426 and leave a message with your student's name and what medication they will need at school.
All medications forms will need to be completed and medications supplied to the school prior to the first day of school for students to attend the field trip on September 6th and September 7th .
For the orientation in September, please consider sending your student with sunscreen if the weather is sunny. Sunscreen may be used without a doctor's orders but must be provided by the parent. Students may not share sunscreen with others. The school cannot provide sunscreen for students.
Snack/Beverage Area
NOTE: Please refrain from bringing snacks that contain peanuts and other nuts. Due to students with allergies. Thank you.
