Gifting Option for Teachers & Staff
Hello Waukesha STEM Elementary families! It's that time of year again....Holiday Gift Scrip for STEM staff. This is completely optional but if you would like to give something to our wonderful teachers and staff members this holiday season, this is the quick, easy way to do it!
How it works: Your family's gift for each staff member is combined with all the other gifts for that staff member and thus "snowballed" into a larger amount. Gift card(s) are then purchased for each staff member based on companies they preselected. The gift cards are presented just before Holiday Break with a note containing the names (not the amounts) of all the students/families who contributed to the gift.
If you would like to participate: For any staff you would like to donate towards, please select an amount from the drop down box in the form linked below. When not donating, simply leave blank. After you have completed all required fields and selected any/all staff members you would like to donate towards, please total up your selections carefully and input the number at the bottom. You have the option to pay by cash, check (made payable to Waukesha STEM Academy), or through online payment. Make sure to submit the Google form if you make an online payment!!! Cash & check payments should be placed in an envelope labeled with "Holiday Gift Scrip", your name, & phone number. Please submit payment ASAP to your child's teacher or to the office. In order to get orders finalized and shipped in time for the holidays, payments must be submitted by DECEMBER 3RD. Please email wsaptso@gmail.com with any questions.

Just in time for the Holidays! Forms and information were sent home on 11/25.
Sales will end December 11, 2024 and product will be delivered to school on December 18 (stay tuned for times/pickup details. We cannot store product, so make sure you are available for pickup before participating)
