Accountability & School Improvement

On August 13, A-F Accountability Ratings and data files are scheduled to be released in TEAL. These ratings will be released to the public on August 15.

TEA only houses current year accountability data in TEAL. Once they begin to release the 2024 accountability reports, the 2023 reports will be removed. Please make sure your district has made copies of relevant data. Also, Lead4ward has created a document on how to access the beneficial files (see attached PDF).

The Final 2024 CCMR Student Listing was released in TEAL Accountability on August 2nd. This data download will contain the 2024 CCMR data for 2022–23 annual graduates and 2022–23 non-graduating 12th graders, including applicable corrections submitted and approved through the 2024 CCMR Verifier. This data will be used to calculate the CCMR components for 2024 accountability ratings.

The College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Tracker Part II is now available in TEAL.

The CCMR Tracker Part II provides districts with a means to track CCMR indicator completion throughout high school for students reported as enrolled in grades 9–12 on the PEIMS October 2023 snapshot date. Corrections cannot be submitted to TEA; this report is for informational purposes only.

The 2024 CCMR Tracker is released in stages:

• Part I March 29, 2024: CCMR outcomes reported through TSDS PEIMS, TSIA results, and OnRamps course completion through the 2022–23 school year; SAT, ACT, AP, IB and level I/II certificate results through the 2021–22 school year
• Part II July 26, 2024: CCMR outcomes for SAT, ACT, AP, IB, and level I/II certificates through the 2022–23 school year

This year Region 14 will offer our first Accountability Symposium. The day will consist of looking at accountability reports in addition to numerous breakout sessions including content-specific data trends, CCMR, CTE, PEIMS, TELPAS, Distinction Designations, Eduphoria, DMAC and Cambium . TEA has updated the HB1416 FAQ to reflect the newly released Ratio Waiver List. They have also released guidance on PEIMS reporting requirements for Accelerated Instruction.

F-Rated and Comprehensive Campuses along with those receiving the ESF grant will be required to attend a one-day training in August. There are two training date options: August 22 or August 27.
