From the Middle Dec Newsletter

We recently discovered that a middle school newsletter intended for Forsyth County Crosby Scholars was mistakenly sent to students in Rowan County. We sincerely apologize for any confusion and want to assure you that we are taking immediate action to prevent this from happening again.

Najeema Bey-Mickel is our Middle School Program Manager! Hailing from Evanston, Illinois, Najeema has a solid background in education, having earned her degree in English Liberal Arts from Livingstone College and a Master’s in Education from UNC Charlotte.

Najeema loves chocolate, singing, and traveling with her family.

Roberta graduated from Salisbury High School and is a Howard University alumna. She is also a Salisbury native and graduated from the Crosby Scholars program.

Roberta loves to read fiction books in her free time and watch new TV shows. She was on the dance team and played tennis for Salisbury High.
