In preparation for your graduation we need you to verify your correct legal name for your diploma.
Your diploma name MUST be your LEGAL name on your birth certificate -- First, Middle (if you have one), Last Name and Suffix (if you have one -- ex: Jr., II, III). No Exceptions! It CANNOT be your nickname, your preferred name or what your friends call you.
You can view your information we have on file by logging into your Aeries account -- choose the Student Info tab and look under Demographics. Please check the name in your account and COMPLETE THIS SURVEY (or click the button below) **ONLY** IF YOUR NAME IS INCORRECT. It is important that your name be correct on your diploma.
The last chance to reply is FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14th, 2025. (no ifs ands or butts!)
Senior Ads deadlines have been extended 11:59 pm on Friday, February 14. This will be the final deadline extension, as we will need to process, place, and submit these ads to our publisher right away. Show your love for your Senior with an ad in the yearbook!

Our allotted number of buses are sold out, however, IF we meet a minimum of 35 additional students WE CAN GET ANOTHER BUS!!
If you have not signed up yet AND are interested in going, please bring your signed permission contract and a $200 cash or check deposit to be added to the waitlist by NEXT WEEK!
If we can get enough students by FEBRUARY 14, we will confirm additional tickets and busing!
If not, your $200 will be refunded. We will notify all waitlisted students by the beginning of February if we are able to accommodate them.

Assist-A-Grad Scholarship Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization developed to provide services to scholarship donors and graduating seniors with the Fairfield-Suisun-Travis communities. Our major purpose is to communicate to students the various scholarships made available by the cooperating donors.

Whether it's a two-year, four-year, trade/vocational school, working full-time, or the military - we want to hear about it and congratulate you on the huge accomplishment!! Your responses will be shared with teachers & staff so that we can congratulate you around campus! It will also be shared on the school's new marquee and socials to show our pride in our Mustangs to the community!!
* Be sure to commit to your school of choice by May 1st (Or the new deadline!) - National Commitment Day! (UCs and CSUs have announced a May 15th deadline, check your colleges website for more information about their commitment deadline!)
** Remember to decline your spot at the college campus you will not be attending, that way you will free up a spot for a student on their waitlist!
All RHS Seniors that attended Cordelia Hills, Mundy, Oakbrook OR Suisun Valley are invited to join in this celebration and MUST have their own transportation to get to the sites. If you do not complete the form, you will not be able to attend as we need an accurate record of who will be attending. Your absence from 1stor 2nd period will be excused. Mrs. Cherry will meet you all at the elementary school front office area, line up and walk through Kindergarten into the rest of their campus!
This is an optional activity for our C/O 2025 Seniors to be a part of and it is NOT mandatory. We will be cross referencing students to ensure that they DID attend the schools that they are signed up for. Students with discipline issues or concerns will not be permitted to attend on this date.
Forms will close on May 1 so please don't wait! Caps, gowns and stoles will arrive from Jostens by May 1st so that we have them for the walks!
