Opening Comments

We are officially back and looking forward to the first full week of full days at KHS. It was so nice to have the halls filled again and to welcome in the class of 2028! Last week we held our class meetings to review important information for all grade levels. The key takeaways were to make academics a priority, be on time for school, and get involved! The more involved you are with clubs, sports, and your class advisors the better High School experience you will have. Whether this is year one or year four, make it your best one yet! Welcome back and GO TITANS!!

Shout out Titans!!

Thank you to our football team for assisting with the Pre-K arrival this week! This is the second year they have done this and it is a great new tradition. There is something special about our oldest Titans helping our our newest on their first days of school. It is so important to represent yourself and your school in a positive way day in and day out. The young students in the Keansburg School District and any other school district always look up to the High School students. Thank you for continuing be those role models! Really great job team!

Senior Parking

What is hopefully another great new tradition is our senior parking space painting. I'm sure some of you noticed this week that some of the spaces at the HS were painted. Seniors who applied for a parking spot were given the opportunity this year to paint their space as a senior privilege. They came out great and hopefully we continue to grow this fun event in years to come. Nice job!

Cell phones

Thank you for not having your cell phone out during the school day!

Lockers and Bags

All students have been assigned a locker this week. If you are having an issue with your locker or you need a lock please email Mr. Reid for assistance. It is highly recommended to lock your locker.

Remember bags are not permitted to be carried around during the school day.

Titan 5K is back - 11/16/24 @9:00am

The Titan 5K is back!!

Start your training program! The Titan 5K is back with proceeds going to the Tunnel to Towers foundation.

Back to School Night

Please add our Back to School Night to your calendar! The evening of September 26th our doors open to welcome parents and guardians back into the HS to meet their student's teachers. This is a great opportunity to put a face to the names on your students schedules and genesis account. As the year gets underway this is a wonderful chance to start the collaborative process of helping your children be successful! I encourage your involvement throughout the year.
