Tahlequah High School enrollment

Attention parents and students! Have your pre enrollment completed by March 31st and your student will get an extended lunch on April 23. Pre enrollment must be completed by March 31st or no extended lunch. If the form is turned in but incomplete on March 31st, then your student will NOT get an extended lunch.

If you need help with pre enrollment you may sign up to get one on one help at the outreach center located at 403 N. Mission Avenue. Nikki Molloy or Amy Spears will be able to help you pre enroll your student.

How to pre enroll a student who is currently at Tahlequah Public Schools.

How to enroll a brand new student at Tahlequah Public Schools. That means this student has never been enrolled at Tahlequah Public Schools.

1. Where do I find a link to make an account on wengage?

A: wengage form

2. Why can't I fill out pre enrollment even though I have a wengage guardian login?

A: Primary guardian is the one who can enroll them. If you are the secondary guardian and want to enroll your student then you can call Vanessa Willard at 918-458-4100 and she can give you access.

3.Why am I getting conflict errors with my other children that I have submitted already?

A: It is because the contacts are not matching up with the other contacts on your other children that you have submitted with enrollment therefore you cannot submit that child. There is an option on the relations tab where you can clear relations and copy from another child. That way all the children match up. You then should be able to submit the enrollments.

4. I submitted my form but it got kicked back to me, why?

A: If you didn't complete everything that you're supposed to, then you will get an email as to what you didn't fill out and then you can login and finish.

5. My form got kicked back to me but I can't change information on a document?

A: Go in and delete that document and you will be able to start over and complete it then.

6. Why did my form get kicked back?

A: Double check and make sure that you have check marked all the possible boxes on the documents.

7. If for some reasons your forms are not filled out correctly or you can't complete them, simply delete the form and go back in and complete it again.
