THE FOLLOWING PRISM CHAMBER ENSEMBLES MUST BE PRACTICING TWICE A WEEK TO PREPARE FOR THE PRISM CONCERT:

1. 2024 PLANO BAND SUMMER BAND CALENDAR IS HERE!!!!! Click button above!!!

• Summer Camp attendance is expected & required for all Plano Band students. Marching spots are assigned based on the following criteria: marching competency, camp attendance, & spring audition results. We appreciate so very much your scheduling trips & vacations to ensure that all students are present for the entirety of summer camp.
• In addition to the summer band camp dates, please keep in mind the following dates for marching contests, which are required of all Plano Band members: Oct 5 (MMI), Oct 19 (UIL), Oct 26 (DMI), Nov. 2 (AREA)
• With Fall Break occurring Oct 14-18, the Plano Band will not rehearse from Oct 14-16. Because of a football game on Friday, October 18 & UIL Marching Contest the very next day, the Plano Band WILL REHEARSE on Thursday, Oct 17 from 5-8p & Friday, October 18 from 1-5p + football game. (Attendance is required for all Plano Band members)
• The Fall 2024 football schedule has the Plano Band performing every Friday night from Aug 30-Nov. 1.
• We appreciate our families scheduling vacations and other around these dates to ensure our students are always present to perform their best.

• Purchase all tickets at the Plano Band website
• Current Plano Band members get in FREE
  
• Parents & guests of current band members: $30 ticket
• All guests - including current band students getting a free ticket, will need to register / "purchase" a ticket on the Plano Band Website.

3. Prism Concert Ticket Sales, continues / ENDS May 16 @ 5:00p

• Purchase tickets here. Tickets are $10 each
• ALL TICKETS ARE RESERVIED. Families are encouraged to purchase tickets early to select your seat(s) of choice!
• This concert will sell-out, so purchased tickets ASAP
• There is no limit to the number of tickets a family can purchase
• Remaining tickets (if available) may be purchased for $12 on Thursday, May 16 (day of concert) from 5:30-6:30p in the ticket office in the lobby of the Fine Arts Building
