March 19th E-Learning Day
All Naperville 203 students will engage in an E-Learning Day on Tuesday, March 19th. This E-Learning was scheduled with the development of the 2023-2024 school calendar in order to accommodate primary election voting in many of our schools. Students and families should expect further communication from their school or teacher.
Acknowledging mixed sentiments within our community about E-Learning Days we recognize the importance of understanding and addressing these concerns. In an effort to gather diverse perspectives, we are in the process of creating a survey for all stakeholders, including students. This will serve as a crucial tool in collecting feedback across different grade levels, helping us shape a plan based on feedback and best practice.
Our current E-Learning Plan is set to expire on June 30, 2024. Before submitting a new plan to the Board for approval we will proactively seek feedback to inform necessary revisions. The revised plan, incorporating community feedback, and alignment to best practice will be presented to the Board of Education this summer. This timeline allows for thorough analysis and thoughtful adjustments, ensuring the new plan aligns with the diverse needs and expectations of all stakeholders.
