Enadia Way Technology Charter, 1/12/25

Enadia Re-Opens!

What a rocky start to 2025! As of today, Sunday 1/12, Enadia Way is ready for students and staff to come back! This morning OEHS walked the campus with Matt, our Plant Manager, and determined that the campus is clean, smoke and ash free, and ready to re-open starting tomorrow! Even though the Kenneth fire was right in our backyard and is now 100% contained, the wind carried the smoke, ash, and flames away from our neighborhood and the school stayed out of harm's way. I feel very fortunate that we have so many caring neighbors surrounding the school who kept me informed on the weather and fire conditions and kept an eye on the chickens for me! Please send your children to school tomorrow! It is very important that they don't lose any more instructional time and get back into the routines of school.

Coffee with the Principal POSTPONED till 1/28

We now have 8 laying hens!

Here's the haul for one day! Pretty soon we'll have eggs to sell and the chickens can start earning their keep!

Free Ranging

I allow the chickens to free range in the school garden during the day as long as I'm on campus to check in on them. It is important for their diet and mental enrichment so that they never get bored.

One Happy Flock

Believe it or not, this flock will follow me back to the chicken run when it's time to come in (they know I have good treats!)

Spring After School Enrichment

Enadia Way is pleased to offer Hula Dancing classes with Miss Tammy and Karate classes with FitKids FitFamilies! Hula starts on Friday, 1/24 and Karate starts on Tuesday, 2/4. Both classes are free to Enadia students and held in the MPR. Miss Tammy only has 5 spots left in the second class, so please sign up now.
