Please do not send in lunch or birthday treats for students other than your own. Door Dash and other delivery services are not allowed.

4/8- 8th grade PSAT testing

4/9-4/11- Washington DC Trip

• All 8th Grade Students will take the PSAT for Language Arts and Math on Tuesday 4/8/25 during 1-4th hours. Make-up testing will occur the following two weeks.

• This is a timed test and all students will need to start at the same time. Please make sure your child is at school by 8:05 am on test day so they will be on time and in class.

• Please remind your student to CHARGE his or her Chromebook the night before and bring CHARGER to school with them on test day Tuesday 4/8/25. They will not be able to get a loaner, so it is imperative that their Chromebook is charged and they are prepared with charger in case it begins to lose charge.

• They will leave EVERYTHING IN THEIR LOCKERS, except

• Chromebook

• Charger

• Writing Utensil

• Snack /Water Bottle

• ABSOLUTELY NO PHONES, AIRPODS, or SMART WATCHES will be allowed in the testing room. Please either leave at home or store in locker during test. Students will not have access to lockers while testing.

• Students will be able to eat a snack or drink water during break or after everyone is done testing. They may bring these items to testing room and store under desk while testing.

• Students will remain in their testing room until the end of 4th hour and then go to lunch.

• After lunch, students will attend 5-7th hours.

Runny noses are on the rise with allergy season approaching. If you can send in a box of tissues with your student we would greatly appreciate it.

Swim & Dive Team

This is a Combined 6th, 7th & 8th Grade Team

Practices- Monday thru Thursday (7 weeks)

Swimmers- 4:45-6:15 pm - MTWTh at the Romeo Middle School Pool

Divers-4:00-5:00 pm - MTWTh at the Romeo Middle School Pool

You can do both! You can practice both swimming and diving!

• Team members will need to leave RMS at the end of the day and return for practice

*Beginning Monday, April 7th thru May 21st

Swimmers and divers will need to have a current sports physical

Meets- Dual Meets are held on Thursdays at 6:00 p.m

Fee- $100.00 (includes all practices, meets, bussing to away meets, swim caps, t-shirt, end of season party) Financial scholarships are available

Builders Club has decided to focus on raising awareness and funds for the homeless in our community. They are making blankets for children and purchasing other needed items
