8th grader Jadelyn Thurston has been selected to perform in this year's All State Middle School Honor Band. Jadelyn was nominated by her director Crystal Hendricks. Jadelyn is a member of Jazz Band, advanced Band and percussion ensemble at HOB. The band will perform at the conclusion of this year's Music Educator's conference in Tampa on Saturday January 11th. She will be participating in clinics and band practices from January 9-11. This is the first time a member from HOB has been selected since Hendricks became band director in 2018.
