To update your current students information and contact verification please follow the steps below.
This update needs to be done using a computer or by choosing "View Full Site" from the browser on your mobile device after logging into the Aspen system..
Once you have logged into Aspen choose "View Full Site" from the browser on your mobile device. You will find the "View Full Site" under the menu bars shown in the pictures below.
On the home page you will see Start a new Annual Information Update
The Initiate button will pop open a window to start the process. Please make sure to allow Pop-ups on your browser.
Then select the student you want to update.
To continue click the Next button to move to the next tab.
To update your contact information click the contacts name in blue on the Family/Contacts tab.
