Dear CPA Families and School Community,
With Thanksgiving break just one week away, I want to take a moment to reflect on all we have to be grateful for at Colin Powell Academy. Our teachers, staff, students, and families work together every day to make our school a place of learning, growth, and community. I encourage you to join me in sending a note of gratitude to a member of our CPA team this week for their dedication and all they do to support our scholars.
As we move through this week, we will continue completing our fall benchmark testing. These assessments provide valuable insight into our students’ progress and help us tailor instruction to meet their needs.
Looking ahead, please mark your calendars for MCAP/Testing Night on December 5. This event will help families understand how benchmarks connect to MCAP testing and provide tips on how to support your student’s success at home. Stay tuned for more details!
