Important Information!
- Instruction begins at 7:45 and the tardy bell rings at 7:50. If you arrive past 7:50 please walk your child to the doors so you can sign them into the office.
- If you have any transportation changes, please make sure that you let Ms. Donna know by 2:30. This helps ensure that she has enough time to alert teachers of the change.
- Parents can eat with their child in the cafeteria or outside at our picnic tables.
- Your child may bring a water bottle to school and refill it our touch less water fountains.
- Make sure that you label all of your child's items with their name
- If your child goes to daycare, please make sure to let the daycare know when your child won't be going to daycare on specific days for any reason. When you don't let the daycare know, it can really cause confusion for both the daycare and our school. Thank you!
- Please make sure that you send an extra change of clothes in your child's backpack in case of accidents.
- We do need some clothing for the nurses office, if you have any that need to be donated. We are in need of shorts and t-shirts.
Game Information from Coach Wood
- We are happy to announce that Greenbrier students will be admitted into Greenbrier home athletic events for free again this year. This applies for all games except blue/white games, benefit games and playoff games.
- 6-12 grade students MUST present their badge at the gate to get in free. Pictures of your badge on your phone will not get you in. If you do not have your badge entry fee is $7. If you are caught trying to use another student's badge both students involved will lose the privilege of free entry for the remainder of the school year.
- Elementary aged students do not need a badge to get free entry.
- K-7th graders must be accompanied by an adult to enter the gate. Once you enter a game you will not be allowed to leave and re-enter.
- Students are expected to watch the games once they enter and not be running around or engaging in horseplay. No balls or toys will be allowed inside the gates and no Greenbrier students are allowed to go to the visitors side.
We hope to see all of our students at the games supporting our Panthers!!!

Notes from the Nurse
Please welcome our new school nurse, Mrs. Rebecca Ussery. Nurse holds a BSN where she previously applied her skills in the cardiac intensive care unit and was a previous school nurse in Conway. We are so lucky to have her! Please give her a warm welcome! This corner of the newsletter will be dedicated to her sending parents updated information as it pertains to your child's health and health care needs.
Parents,
Please remember that any medications that are to be distributed to your child, must be brought in and signed in by Nurse Rebecca and Parent/Guardian. Students cannot bring medications into the nurse, in their backpacks, or via siblings. Medications must be kept current and not expired, Nurse will call when medication is close to expiration date. Hearing and vision screenings are currently happening. Be looking for a phone call or mail from the nurse if your student did not pass the hearing or vision screening. If you have any questions, please reach out to Nurse Rebecca.
