Upcoming Events

Bally Sports will celebrate the passion and pageantry of Texas high school football with the return of Texas Football Days presented by Jack in the Box. The eighth-annual special kickoff programming features the exclusive live broadcast of the Week 1 matchup between Lubbock-Cooper High School and Lovejoy High School on Friday, Aug. 30, at 7:30 p.m. CT from Leopard Stadium in Lucas, Texas. Fans throughout the region can tune in on Bally Sports Southwest Extra or stream the action on the Bally Sports app.

The game features the Lovejoy debut and return to the sidelines of legendary Texas high school football coach Todd Dodge. His team faces a Lubbock-Cooper squad that is a perennial South Plains power with a high-flying offense under coach Chip Darden. High School Scoreboard Live will follow the final whistle, at approximately 10:30 p.m., rounding up the top action from across the state.

Puerto Rico Trip Information Meeting

Mrs. Navarrette and Mrs. Portillo are planning a trip to Puerto Rico with EF Tours for this coming summer. There will be a parent information meeting on September 17th at 6 P.M. on the social stairs. Students who will have completed Spanish 2 by the end of this year will be able to sign up for the trip.

Lunch Policies

Students must

Attend their assigned lunch and remain in the cafeteria commons for the full duration of their lunch period.
Scan their own badge to purchase lunch; the use of another student's badge or lunch number to purchase a lunch is forbidden.

Students can

Sit anywhere in the cafeteria commons or outside at the patio tables if weather permits.
Play games or listen to music on their cell phones, but students are not allowed to access any social media platform during this time.
Have a family member drop off a lunch for them in the front office.
Use the restrooms and water fountains located at the entry to the 400 hallway.

Students can NOT

Have Doordash, Uber Eats, or any other food delivery service bring them food outside of a family member.
Access social media on their cell phones.
