THANK YOU to everyone who supported the Shepherd of the Hills Student Council at the Eden Cafe last Saturday for Lemonade Day. They raised $1200 to update Shepherds volleyball and basketball jerseys.
Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week - THANK YOU!
THANK YOU Shepherd of the Hills Home & School and Families for all of the special treats this week to celebrate Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week. The food and drinks were delicious and the flowers and cards very thoughtful! We are blessed to be part of the Shepherd family.
Spring Concert - Thursday, May 16
Disney: The Movies, The Music
Shepherd of the Hills spring concert, 'Disney: The Movies, The Music', will be presented on Thursday, May 16 at 10:00 am and 6:00 pm in the Gym. All students in grades 3K-8 will be performing including the Gr. 4/5 Chimes Ensemble. Doors will open at 5:00 pm for viewing of the Student Art Show.
Students should wear their regular school clothes on Thursday, May 16, for the 10:00 am performance, and their spring concert outfits/costumes for the 6:00 pm performance.
Costumes
3K/4K: Any nice spring outfit or costume from Toy Story (You've Got a Friend in Me) or Song of the South (Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah).
Grades 5K-2: Anything associated with Mickey Mouse and friends or Peter Pan (You Can Fly).
Grades 3-5: Anything associated with The Little Mermaid (Under the Sea) or The Lion King (Circle of Life).
Grade 6: Anything associated with The Lion King (Hakuna Matata), Mary Poppins (Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious), or The Jungle Book (The Bare Necessities).
Grades 7 & 8: Anything associated with The Lion King (The Lion Sleeps Tonight).
If any families have a poster of any Disney movies (especially The Lion King) or stuffed, jungle animals (mainly Simba, Mufasa/lion, etc.) may we borrow them to display at the spring concert? Please send them to school with your last name on the back of the poster, or on masking tape on the bottom of a stuffed animal.

Field Day - 5/17/2024
All are welcome to join us on Friday, May 17 for Mass & Field Day at Camp Vista.
Dress Code: Athletic Wear and Tennis Shoes
All students must bring a water bottle with their name on the bottom.
Field Day Itinerary
8:30 am - Mass in the Chapel
9:15 - 9:30 am - Morning Snack
9:30 -11:15 am - Field Day Activities
11:15 - 11:45 am - Lunch
12:00 pm - Parent Pick Up from Vista
No Afternoon Bus or Child Care
Help is needed! Serving morning snack, Field Day activities/stations, Transporting lunch from school to Camp Vista, Lunch Set Up, Serving, and Clean Up, Transporting lunch items back to school.
Please sign up to volunteer at the link below. If you are at Camp Vista, you are welcome to have lunch (hot dogs) with the students. Please RSVP any adult and younger sibling lunches needed through the link.
Please complete and return permission slips to school by Monday, May 13.

Volleyball is open to girls in grades 4 through 8 who are members of Shepherd of the Hills Parish and/or enrolled in Shepherd of the Hills Catholic School.
Volleyball Practice starts in August.
