Career Day
We are thrilled to announce that Benfer Elementary will be hosting our 1st Annual Career Day on May 22nd, and we would like to extend a warm invitation for you to participate!
Purpose of Career Day: The goal of this event is to expose our students to a variety of professions and the paths that lead to them. By engaging with professionals from different fields, students will gain valuable insights into the diverse career opportunities available to them, helping them think about their own futures and the skills they may need to succeed.
Event Format: The day will feature guest speakers, interactive activities, and Q&A sessions, allowing students to engage directly with professionals. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to share your experiences, insights, and passion for your career, inspiring the next generation.
Who Can Participate: We invite professionals from all industries—whether you work in healthcare, engineering, education, the arts, business, trades, or any other field. Your unique journey can motivate our students and help them envision their own career paths.
Volunteer Roles: As a volunteer, you can choose to share your career story through presentations, participate in panel discussions, or facilitate hands-on activities related to your field. Whether you choose to volunteer for half a day or the full day, we would love to have you join us. If you stay for the full day, lunch will be provided as a token of our appreciation.
How to Get Involved: If you are interested in participating, please fill out this form to confirm your involvement. Your commitment to our school community is invaluable, and we are eager to welcome you on this special day.
Thank you for considering this opportunity to inspire our Bobcats and contribute to their educational journey. We look forward to hearing from you!

Birthday Treats
Birthday treats are encouraged to be purchased from our school cafeteria. No outside food and/or treats are allowed for birthday student and/or classmates.
When it comes to birthday treats for students, our cafeteria managers need at least 2 weeks’ notice to ensure they have enough time to order the treats that you want for your student. This also gives time to the nurses to check the allergies of all the students in the class. If you have more questions about the process, please reach out to the campus kitchen for more information.
For more information, please visit our Nutrition and Food services by clicking here.
We also have more options for Birthday surprises. Please see our flyer below and be sure to fill out the form with your information AND pay using this LINK.
