Dear Families,
During this week of Thanksgiving, I'd like to take a moment to thank all of the wonderful families who represent our Williams Family. I am thankful for our talented staff who choose to serve our community by educating the precious children of Wilmington, NC. I am thankful for our families who live in this community and support the work of public education for your children and other children in our area. I am thankful to members of our community who volunteer their time and make donations to our school. This week I am especially thankful for our community's generosity with a recent toy drive that we did in partnership with our School Resource Officer, Deputy Mintz. Many, many, many toys are headed to Western North Carolina to aid families affected by Hurricane Helene. Last but certainly not least, let's all take time this week to thank our own families as we gather for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We will have school on Monday and Tuesday but students will not have school Wednesday-Friday.
