The Eagle's Nest
Week of April 22, 2024
Happy Sunday Families!
We had another eventful week here at Clyde Erwin. We celebrated the Month of the Military Child with a Spirit Week and we kicked off our Apex Fundraiser. We ended the week with National Purple Up Day. This is our one and only fundraiser of the year, and the students absolutely love it! Please continue to participate in the nightly challenges. Classrooms can when prizes and special celebrations.
Families as a reminder if your child would like to eat breakfast and they are a car rider they will need to be to school no later that 7:40am. At 7:50am, students that are in line, will get their breakfast and take it to their classroom to eat. Students eating in the cafeteria will need to be finished by 8am and students eating in their classroom will need to be finished by the end of morning announcements. Students that come in tardy after 8am will need to eat breakfast before arriving to school. This will help to ensure instruction is starting on time for all students and give students opportunities for morning learning opportunities.
This week we will be celebrating Administrative Professional Week is April 22-26. Please help us show Mrs. Stacie, Mrs. Berry, and Mrs. Jewelie how much we appreciate them. Our Apex Fun Run will be held on Thursday, April 25. Students will be running during their ENCORE time. We invite parents out to cheer on our runners and help with our Fun Run! Please make sure you are checking the bottom of the SMORE for important end of year events.
