We are well on our way into Q4 and all that Fall selling season has to offer us! I love all the tools that we've been given for the kick off to our busy months ahead!

I am spending time with family in Arizona. I know your newsletter is a little late; you are competing with one precious Granddaughter who I don't get a lot of time with. I know you will understand!! Whenever I visit; I am quickly reminded of my why and how blessed I am to work a job that I can travel and stay three weeks in another State and really not have to answer to anyone but myself. Of course; I do not ever travel without my jewelry, laptop, Ipad and Iphone. All equipped to work on the road!!

My office is on my patio at times. Where do you take your business and office? Aren't we lucky that we are not stuck in a cubicle 8 hours a day, 5 days a week!!

Let this be your best season yet; make a plan and follow your dreams to get YOUR piece of the pie!! It's there for you; but it does take work and assertiveness and making those calls. Reach out to your upline or myself. I am always happy to help and brainstorm with you!

Be sure to work with your sponsor, learn all you can and book those trunk shows!! We have great training calls, team meetings and unlimited resources 24/7 in the lounge. As a new stylist, it can get a bit overwhelming with all there is to choose from so let your sponsor steer the way for you in the beginning and direct you to what's the most important. Set your goal, work your schedule to adapt to your family/personal life, make an action plan and just simply go for it with enthusiasm. I'd especially like to congratulate Sarah Kauffman for being so assertive and never giving up when you had many obstacles to jump through! Sarah's Mom was doing a remote show in another state for Sarah and the jewelry didn't arrive in time. That same jewelry was to be back for an upcoming show for Sarah and thanks for some special Stella Sister ladies who saved the day, she was able to make her jumpstart and quickstart bonus!

So proud of you for not giving up during all that turmoil. I'm also very happy that you have relaunched your business and you are back on the team!!

In closing, I want you to think about what "the finish line" is for you. Think about September...how did it end for you? Were you happy, did you feel like you did everything you could and gave it your all?

Looking back a little, learning what worked and didn't work for you and then moving forward and on to making new plans, creating new goals and envisioning YOUR finish line for October!! Personalize it to just you and your goals. Whether it's one show or ten, it's your goal. It is October 12th and still plenty of time to get shows scheduled in.

Be creative, do pop up shows, maybe some fun Pearls n Pumpkins, Jewels and Gewels, and of course all the fundraising idea for the Noreen Frasier Foundation.
