- May is American Indian Month in Minnesota (Please note some events may be cancelled due to recent events within the community)
- 5/5: Mother's Day photoshoot (10am-12pm) All students will receive a framed 5x7 photo of their choice and access to a digital photo album! Moms, Grandmas, etc are welcome!
- 5/7: Final Dental Day of the 2024/2025 school year - see Nurse Amy with questions

- 5/9: Prom 7:00-10:30 - MN Humanities Center - See Ms. Voeks for details! $25/single $35/couple

- 5/26: Memorial Day - AGAPE and Headstart closed for the holiday
- 5/30: Senior Recognition (June graduates) @ 2pm (Last day of school for June graduates!)
- 6/3: AGAPE/Gordon Parks Graduation - O'Shaughnessy Auditorium 8pm
- 6/5: HeadStart at AGAPE CLOSED - AGAPE will be OPEN - Please let AGAPE staff know if you will not be present. Students WILL be excused if they cannot find alternative childcare!
- 6/10: Last Day of School for all students!

Credit Recovery
Online credit recovery will run from February 24-May 28, 2025. EDL quarter credit recovery programs will run 3rd quarter from February 24-March 30, 2025, and 4th quarter from April 30-May 28, 2025.

DESIGN NOW! PSEO PATHWAY
High school seniors interested in a design field can take up to one year of their college degree for FREE through our Design NOW! PSEO pathway. Limited spots for Fall 2025 available.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
Three Degree Pathways: Architectural Drafting & Design (A.A.S.), Graphic Design & Production (A.A.S.), and Interior Design (B.S.)

Saint Paul College Summer Camps:
Saint Paul College will be hosting our career exploration Scrubs Camp July 21-24th 2025. Scrubs Camp offers an opportunity for your students to explore healthcare careers through interactive classes, field trips and hands-on activities. We are one of just 2 metro area Scrubs Camps for high school students and sell out every year. Here is a video: https://youtu.be/Wd9lckKhLfw. If you have students interested, please encourage them to sign up as soon as possible! We will also offer a limited number of scholarships-more were recently added! Scholarships will be available to students who qualify or can demonstrate need and meet academic requirements. Additional scholarships are available outside of OHE. Mental Health Urgent Care

Monday — Friday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Serving youth, teens and adults
Mental Health Urgent Care provides service to residents of Ramsey County who are experiencing a mental health or chemical health crisis. Walk-in services include access to an onsite team of psychiatrists, social workers and trained peer support staff that provide person-centered, recovery-focused care.
The Mental Health Urgent Care offers an alternative to visiting the emergency room during a mental health crisis. You can expect excellent, professional service in a caring, supportive environment.
Phone support is available 24/7 and mobile crisis teams are available to meet you at your home, school, workplace or in the community.
If you are in crisis, calls are answered 24/7/365.
Under 18 years old? Call the Children's Mental Health Crisis Line: 651-266-7878.
Over 18 years old? Call the Adult Mental Health Crisis Line: 651-266-7900.
Services
The following mental health services are available:
- 24/7 crisis phone support.
- Comprehensive mental health assessment.
- Access to crisis psychiatry as eligible.
- Chemical health screening.
- Peer support.
- Crisis stabilization services.
- Family education and support.
- Referral to community resources.
Cost
For crisis services, we will bill your insurance to cover the cost. If the service is not fully covered by your insurance, or you are uninsured, you will not have to pay any remaining cost.
